Strawberry Clafoutis
A classic french custard dessert featuring fresh, summer strawberries.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vital Farms Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 2 cups strawberries, washed, stems removed, and halved
- 3 Vital Farms Eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- powdered sugar, to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Butter a 2-quart baking dish. Scatter the strawberries evenly in the bottom of the dish, cut side down.
- In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, sugar, flour, salt and vanilla blend until smooth. Pour over the strawberries and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until set and light golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
