Heat the apple cider according to package instructions.
In a mixing bowl add the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, all spice, and vanilla extract. Mix with a hand mixer on high until fluffy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
In a warm mug add the butter batter and warm apple cider. Mix with a spoon until the butter batter is dissolved.
Add the spiced rum and stir.
Garnish with whipped cream, shaved nutmeg, and an apple slice. Enjoy!
